Regulatory updates
ČSOB Pojišťovna is supervised by the Czech National Bank (CNB) under the Insurance Act. As of 2024–2025, the CNB focused on DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) compliance for financial institutions including insurers, organising DORA-themed seminars in cooperation with the Czech Association of Insurance Companies. The CNB's 2024 Financial Market Supervision Report confirmed the Czech financial sector remains resilient. ČSOB Pojišťovna is a member of the Czech Insurance Association (ČAP), the Czech Insurers' Bureau (ČKP), and the Czech Nuclear Pool.
