Regulatory updates
AB Lietuvos draudimas holds an insurance activity licence originally issued by the Insurance Supervisory Commission of the Republic of Lithuania in 2005. The Board of the Bank of Lithuania subsequently decided to amend this licence by terminating part of it (as recorded in the Bank of Lithuania financial market participants register, updated December 2025). The company is authorised to provide services without a branch in other EU Member States and through a branch in Estonia.
