Regulatory updates
On 6 June 2025, the KNF issued a decision imposing monetary penalties totalling PLN 77,400 on Generali Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. (the legal entity operating the Proama brand) for late payment of insurance claims. Additionally, the KNF conducted two supervisory inspections of the company: one in the area of benefit payments (May–July, concluded with recommendations) and one in claims handling (May–August, finding 14 irregularities and issuing recommendations).
