- 24/7 multilingual assistance is provided by Europ Assistance and can be reached via phone, WhatsApp, dedicated app (iOS/Android/Huawei) or online form, offering more contact channels than typical travel products.
- Four tiered modalities (Essencial, Valor, Valor Mais, Prestígio) allow the insured to scale medical and liability capital to destination risk, including Zone B (rest of world) coverage up to 50,000 EUR for medical expenses abroad.
- A 10% group discount is available from the third insured person onwards, making the product competitively priced for families and small groups travelling together.
- Optional winter sports cover is available as a paid add-on, enabling ski and snowboard trips to be covered under the same policy without purchasing a separate specialist product.
