driver_age_experience_limit

repair_network_requirements

Generali operates a wide network of trusted repair shops. The insured must not commence repair works before the insurer has inspected and documented the damages. After repair, the insured must present the vehicle for a post-repair inspection for partial damages. The insurer may require the insured to indicate the exact location of the event and accompany an insurer representative.

territorial_scope

The insurance is valid on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, Europe, and the entire territory of the Republic of Turkey.

anti_theft_requirements

The insured must maintain the installed security system in good working order. Keys, locking devices (including electronic cards, flash memory, chips), and remote controls must not be left in the unattended vehicle. In case of loss or theft of keys or locking devices, the insured must immediately take all necessary measures to protect the vehicle and replace the locking mechanisms at their own expense, then present the vehicle for inspection by the insurer. Specific anti-theft device requirements (alarm, immobiliser, GPS tracker) may be set by the insurer depending on vehicle make and model.

claim_notification_deadline

For theft or robbery of the entire vehicle: written notification to the insurer required within 24 hours of discovery (deadline does not run on non-working days and public holidays). For all other insured events: written notification within 3 working days of discovery. The insured must also immediately notify all competent authorities. No repair works may begin before the insurer has inspected and documented the damages.

deductible_rules

A deductible (franchise/self-participation) may be agreed in the insurance policy. The amount and type of deductible are specified per policy. It applies per claim event.
