Regulatory updates
HANFA approved the appointment of a new Management Board member (Vesna Sanjković) in 2024. Croatia osiguranje regularly publishes quarterly financial statements on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and HANFA's official register of prescribed information. In April 2025 the Supervisory Board approved a transaction with Adris grupa for the acquisition of shares in Pozavarovalnica Sava d.d. The company remains actively supervised and in good regulatory standing under the Croatian Insurance Act and HANFA ordinances.
