Regulatory updates
CNP Assurances is supervised by the ACPR (Banque de France group) under Solvency II. At 31 December 2024, the Group SCR coverage ratio stood at 236% (solo) and the Group MCR coverage ratio at 368%, reflecting strong solvency. In 2025, the Group published its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the AMF and its Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCR). The Group SCR coverage ratio improved to 256% at year-end 2025 (+19 pp year-on-year). A subsidiary, Arial CNP Assurances, obtained its FRPS (Fonds de Retraite Professionnelle Supplémentaire) authorisation from the ACPR in 2022. CNP Assurances Protection Sociale, a new subsidiary created in partnership with La Mutuelle Générale, was officially launched at end of 2024 and is also licensed by the ACPR.
