From 1 January 2022, Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. has been designated a Significant Institution under European Banking Supervision and is directly supervised by the European Central Bank. As a distributor of insurance products, it is registered in Section D of the IVASS RUI register (no. 000027132). In October 2025, the Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (ABF) issued decision no. 9459 (30 October 2025), which the bank did not execute, as disclosed on its official website. The bank is also subject to CONSOB oversight for investment product distribution.
