Geographic scope

PL

Unique selling points

  • Three repair settlement methods (Kosztorys, Sieć Partnerska, ASO) let the customer choose between cashless partner-network repair with a 3-year warranty or OEM parts at an authorised dealer.
  • Variant III (All Risk) covers all non-excluded perils including internal vehicle damage caused unintentionally by driver, passengers or cargo, and hacking/virus infection of onboard electronics – a scope broader than standard market offerings.
  • The optional Stała Suma Ubezpieczenia (Constant Insured Sum) clause (Variant III only) locks the vehicle's market value from the contract date for the entire 12-month period with no sum consumption after claims, protecting against depreciation in total-loss scenarios.
  • Car Assistance operates 24/7 with a dedicated Alarm Centre, covering towing up to 500 km in Poland and 250 km abroad, replacement vehicle up to 7 days (up to 20 days in TURBO), and on-site repair – all included in a single ERGO 7 communications package.
  • Loss-of-discount protection (Ochrona Utraty Zniżki AC) allows policyholders with at least 15% no-claims discount to maintain their discount level even after one claim, available as an affordable add-on to the Autocasco policy.
