Pocztowe Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen Wzajemnych (TUW Pocztowe) was a Polish mutual insurer established in December 2002 by Poczta Polska. Initially insuring only the assets of the Polish Post and its subsidiaries, it later expanded to individual and business clients. Following ownership changes, the company was rebranded as AGRO Ubezpieczenia TUW in 2022 under ownership of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (FSUSR). The legal entity (KRS 0000145607) continues to operate at ul. Rodziny Hispanskich 8, Warsaw.

Regulatory updates
KNF imposed a fine of PLN 44,800 on AGRO Ubezpieczenia TUW (formerly TUW Pocztowe) on 23 May 2025 for seven instances of late claims payment in 2023 (violation of mandatory insurance act Art. 14). KNF upheld this decision on 12 June 2026. Additionally, on 19 December 2025, KNF issued a non-final decision imposing a PLN 1.3 million fine for underpriced MTPL premiums in 2022–2024 (violation of Art. 33(2) of the Insurance Activity Act). AGRO may appeal to the Warsaw Administrative Court.
