Regulatory updates
In April 2024, the ASF Council approved a new mandate for Vyron Sofos as board member of both Eurolife FFH Asigurări Generale S.A. and Eurolife FFH Asigurări de Viață S.A. In January 2026, the ASF Council approved Paraskevas Nikou as a board member of both Eurolife FFH entities. In September 2025, the ASF Council renewed the mandate of Vasileios-William Nikiforakis and approved Amalia Mofori as board members at both Eurolife FFH companies. Both entities hold valid ASF authorization; Eurolife FFH Asigurări de Viață S.A. was originally authorized by the CSA under authorization no. 578/17.08.2007. The companies operate under Law 237/2015 on insurance authorization and supervision.
