In July 2025, CNP Asfalistiki and CNP Cyprialife were officially rebranded to ERB Asfalistiki and ERB Cyprialife, reflecting their integration into the Eurobank Group following the acquisition by Hellenic Bank. A notice was submitted to the Superintendent of Insurance for approval of the transfer agreement. A subsequent legal merger with Hellenic Life and Pancyprian Insurance (insurance subsidiaries of Hellenic Bank) is planned, which will create the largest insurance organisation in Cyprus under the ERB brand and the strength of the Eurobank Group.
