GRAWE TRAVELSTAR
GRAWE TRAVELSTAR is a travel insurance for the AT market with online purchase and 24/7 assistance.
Direct payment
The insurer provides cost guarantees directly to hospitals on request and settles hospital bills directly. For emergency medical transport and repatriation, the 24-hour emergency centre organises and settles costs directly. Insured persons who pay costs themselves must first submit claims to social insurance; failure to do so reduces insurer reimbursement by 20%.
