Regulatory updates
In May 2026, AG Insurance signed an agreement to acquire BNP Paribas Fortis' remaining 25% stake in Touring NV/SA, making AG Insurance the sole (100%) owner of Touring; AG Insurance and BNP Paribas Fortis had been joint shareholders since July 2023 following a mobility partnership dating back to 2019. Touring SA is registered with the FSMA (enterprise/FSMA number 0403.471.401) as a tied insurance agent acting on behalf of AG Insurance SA, an insurer supervised by the National Bank of Belgium (NBB).
