Regulatory updates
Dynamis operates under the Solvency II framework supervised by the Bank of Greece. Its Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) for financial year 2024 reports a solvency capital requirement (SCR) ratio of 145.01% as of 31/12/2024, down from a higher ratio the previous year but still well above the 100% regulatory minimum. Separately, on 25 April 2025 the company was listed on the leak site of the Akira ransomware group, which claimed to have exfiltrated approximately 25 GB of internal data including employee and client records and financial documents; Dynamis had not issued a public confirmation of the incident as of the latest available reporting.
