Direct payment

The policy operates on a reimbursement basis: all expenses must be pre-authorised by the insurer, and the insured must submit original invoices, receipts and supporting medical documentation after incurring costs in order to obtain reimbursement.

Assistance call deadline

The insured or a third person must notify the insurer by telephone as soon as possible, and must send all documentation regarding the covered event within a maximum of 7 days from the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred.
