STU ERGO Hestia SA (the legal entity behind mtu24.pl) operates under KNF supervision. In July 2022, KNF imposed a fine of PLN 270,400 on STU ERGO Hestia SA for 21 instances of delays in claims settlement. In June 2026, KNF adopted new distribution recommendations for insurance companies, to be implemented by 1 July 2027, which apply to all ERGO Hestia brands including mtu24.pl.
