Regulatory updates
On 3 April 2026, the KNF issued a final and binding decision imposing financial penalties totalling PLN 146,250 on PKO TFI for failing to submit semi-annual financial reports on time (for H1 2023) in relation to PKO Parasolowy FIO and several other funds. The penalties were reduced by 55% under an arrangement (układ) procedure for extraordinary mitigation of sanctions.
