Regulatory updates
PZU SA remains in good standing with the KNF. In May 2025, the KNF confirmed PZU SA meets the capital requirements for dividend payment (Solvency II compliance confirmed for 2024 results). As of April 2026, the PZU VAT Group was formally established under TIN PL1070048403. In April 2026, the Supervisory Board reappointed Bogdan Benczak as CEO following a qualification procedure. The KNF's 2025 supervisory priorities include reviewing non-life insurance quality in the aftermath of the 2024 floods and monitoring DORA (digital operational resilience) compliance across financial institutions including insurers.
