Since 17 September 2024, LOGO's insurance products have been distributed exclusively by Close to Customers – Mediação de Seguros, A.C.E. (CTC), an insurance agent authorized by the ASF under number 424587319. This follows Generali's 2023-2025 acquisition and integration of Liberty Seguros' Iberian business, with the ASF authorizing in February 2025 the cross-border merger by incorporation of the former Liberty branch into Generali Seguros, S.A., consolidating the Generali Tranquilidade/LOGO structure in Portugal.
