Una Seguros operates under ASF supervision. In 2018 the ASF approved the change of control when China Tianying acquired Groupama's Portuguese operations, appointing João Quintanilha as CEO. In 2023 the company reported an €18 million loss and its solvency capital ratio (SCR) stood at 104%, prompting the shareholder Firion Investments/China Tianying to consider a capital increase of about €40 million for the group. The company's Legal Entity Identifier remains in 'Issued' status, last updated in January 2026.
