In December 2024, ASF issued Decision no. 1342/30.12.2024 sanctioning German Romanian Assurance S.A. with a fine of 7,200 lei for failing to publish the complete list of exempt intermediaries it collaborated with for 2023 on its official website. The company holds ASF authorisation no. RA-016/04.10.2003 and is registered in the insurers' register under no. RA-020/RA/016/2003. In 2022 the company raised its share capital to 10.03 million RON to comply with minimum capital requirements under ASF Norm 20/2016.
