(CIF A20002002) received DGSFP authorisation (Orden ECC/2877/2012) to operate in fire, property damage and general civil liability classes. A capital increase was recorded in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia in April 2026 (BORME Bulletin 76, Reference 195.902), increasing subscribed capital to €59,024,010. PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores SL audited the accounts filed in October 2025.
