Regulatory updates
Finansinspektionen granted approval for the cross-border merger between If Skadeförsäkring and Danish Topdanmark, which was completed on July 1, 2025, integrating Topdanmark into If. In 2024, Finansinspektionen approved the transfer of a portfolio of motor insurance policies from If to Eir Försäkring. If remains under active supervision by Finansinspektionen as a licensed Swedish non-life insurer.
