Livförsäkringsbolaget Skandia, ömsesidigt (Skandia Liv) holds a licence from Finansinspektionen (FI) to conduct insurance business under the Insurance Business Act (2010:2043). In 2020, FI issued a formal warning and a SEK 35 million sanction against Skandia Liv for violations of rules on actuarial reserve calculations and solvency capital requirements (2016–2019).
