Solid Försäkring operates under a license granted by Finansinspektionen in 1994 to conduct non-life insurance business and remains under its ongoing supervision. The company was spun off from Resurs Holding AB and listed independently on Nasdaq Stockholm on 1 December 2021, after which it publishes regular solvency and financial condition reports (e.g. the 2024 Solvency and Financial Condition Report published 7 April 2025) as required of a regulated Swedish insurance undertaking.
