Federale Assurance-Verzekering recently completed a significant restructuring, merging its previously separate mutual and cooperative companies into a single mutual entity to simplify governance, increase transparency and strengthen solvency under Solvency II; as of 31 December 2024 its solvency ratio stood at 198%.
