Regulatory updates
As of 1 January 2026, Yuzzu gave up its statute as a risk-carrying insurer and is now registered with the FSMA as a mandated non-life underwriter (enterprise number 0456.511.494) acting on behalf of AXA Belgium SA, which now bears the insurance risk and pays claims; Yuzzu states that policy terms and prices remain unchanged for existing customers.
