Regulatory updates
ZK Lev Ins AD remains an active, licensed insurer supervised by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) of Bulgaria. In January 2024, the FSC approved 'Cyber Level Ins' OOD as a member of the Supervisory Board of ZK Lev Ins AD, and also sent a letter requesting additional information regarding the approval of a Management Board member. In December 2024, the FSC approved Tsvetana Nikolova as the head of the internal audit function of ZK Lev Ins AD. The company has notified the FSC of its intention to operate in EU member states under freedom to provide services across multiple insurance classes.
