Direct payment
Compensation is paid by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified by the injured party or the insured within 15 working days of submission of all required documents. Payment may also be made to an authorised representative holding a notarially certified power of attorney.

Bodily Injury and Death Liability

Covers non-property and property damages resulting from bodily injury or death caused to third parties per insured event, regardless of the number of injured persons. Statutory minimum per Article 492 of the Bulgarian Insurance Code.
Property Damage Liability
Covered
Covers property damages caused to third parties per insured event, regardless of the number of damaged parties. Statutory minimum per Article 492 of the Bulgarian Insurance Code.
Legal Defence and Court Costs
Covered
Court costs, fees and interest awarded against the insured in connection with bodily injury or property damage claims are covered within the liability limits as provided under compulsory MTPL legislation and Ordinance 49.
Green Card Certificate

Driver Accident Cover

Territorial scope
The insurance covers liability for damages caused on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Coverage extends to all other countries whose national insurers bureau is a member of the Green Card system. For EU and EEA member states, limits are set according to local legislation. Driver restrictions

Claim notification deadline
