CNP Asfalistiki Limited

CNP Asfalistiki (now rebranded as ERB Asfalistiki from July 2025) is one of the largest and strongest general insurance companies in Cyprus, offering comprehensive insurance programs across motor, property, health, liability, marine, and travel segments. Founded in 1981, it was formerly a subsidiary of CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings and part of the French group CNP Assurances; in April 2025, CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings was acquired by Hellenic Bank for €182 million, and the company was subsequently rebranded to ERB Asfalistiki.
