In 2025 Bank of Cyprus completed its acquisition of Ethniki Insurance Cyprus Ltd, and starting late December 2025 EuroLife Limited began integrating and became the official data controller for former Ethniki Insurance life/personal customer data as part of the group's insurance consolidation; EuroLife remains one of two Bank of Cyprus insurance subsidiaries (alongside General Insurance of Cyprus) and continues to be licensed by the ICCS to transact Life, Accident & Health classes of insurance.
