Regulatory updates
Pillow pojišťovna operates under a non-life insurance licence granted by the Czech National Bank; its licence scope was updated in June 2025 to cover additional non-life insurance classes. The company relocated its registered seat from Líbalova 2348/1 to Tomíčkova 2144/1, Prague 4 in May 2025, and became a member of the Czech Insurance Association (ČAP) from 1 January 2026. In the past, the ČNB issued an administrative decision against Pillow for exceeding the scope of its granted insurance authorisation.
