Regulatory updates
Finanstilsynet conducted a functional inspection of PFA Pension in March 2025 regarding the ongoing valuation of alternative investments. In June 2024, a thematic inspection on sustainability compliance was published, following an inspection initiated in November 2023. In July 2023, Finanstilsynet issued a formal order (påbud) requiring PFA Pension to file new actuarial bases ensuring adequate premiums and prudent calculation elements for risk products underwritten as life insurance, including 'Tab af Erhvervsevne' and 'Indbetalingssikring'. In November 2022, PFA received an order to integrate sustainability risk disclosures into its remuneration policy.
