- The Assistance Elite option provides a replacement vehicle for up to 20 consecutive days following a theft claim, with no kilometric deductible.
- No deductible is applied on windscreen claims if the policyholder chooses repair instead of replacement.
- The theft deductible is waived when the vehicle is fitted with anti-theft locking wheel nuts.

Under Assistance Budget: economy category, max 3 consecutive days. Under Assistance Elite: category equivalent to the insured vehicle (up to a compact car), for 5 to 20 consecutive days depending on the cause of immobilisation (breakdown, accident/fire/attempted theft, or theft).
Driver bodily injury
€500,000 – €1,000,000
Covers the driver's bodily injury, whether at fault or not, in the event of an accident, subject to a permanent functional deficit (invalidity) exceeding 10%. Compensation is reduced by 25% where there is a causal link between non-use of the seatbelt and the injuries sustained.
Key conditions
Driver age and experience limit
A driver is classified as an 'insurance novice' if they have held their driving licence for less than 3 years, or cannot show continuous insurance cover for the 3 years preceding the policy's start; this affects the surcharge applied under the bonus-malus scheme.
Repair network requirements
The policyholder is free to choose the repair professional for any damage covered by the contract (Article L.211-5-1 of the Insurance Code); settlement is based solely on the expert's report and presentation of original, receipted invoices, and the insurer may pay the repairer directly on the policyholder's behalf where agreed.
Territorial scope
Cover applies in metropolitan France, EU member states, Monaco, San Marino, Liechtenstein, the Holy See, Andorra, and all countries listed and not crossed out on the international green card issued at each annual renewal.
Anti-theft requirements
Where the 'Protection Vol Auto' clause applies, the vehicle must be fitted with an insurer-approved anti-theft system (SRA class 4 or manufacturer protection with 4, 5, 6 or 7 keys) within 30 days of the policy's effective date; after this deadline, any theft claim is subject to a deductible equal to 5 times the standard theft deductible, with a minimum of 1,500€.
Claim notification deadline
Claims must be declared as soon as the policyholder becomes aware of them, and at the latest within 5 business days (2 business days for theft); a police complaint for theft must be filed within 48 hours of discovery, and the receipt must be kept for the claims file.
Deductible rules
Deductibles may be fixed or variable, as stated in the Special Conditions. For a variable deductible, the amount typically equals a floor (e.g. 290€) plus 10% of the damage amount, capped at a ceiling (e.g. 680€), rounded up to the nearest euro. No deductible applies if windscreen repair is chosen instead of replacement. An additional 'prêt de volant' deductible, cumulative with other deductibles, applies when the vehicle is driven by someone other than the policyholder, their spouse, civil partner or common-law partner.
