Regulatory updates

AGPM Assurances is supervised by the ACPR, an independent authority attached to the Banque de France. In June 2024, following a judicial investigation opened in November 2022, AGPM's CEO Patrice Paulet and deputy CEO Véronique Florin-Humann were placed under formal investigation and judicial supervision for alleged moral and sexual harassment, leading the group to overhaul its executive governance, appointing Christian Schmidt de La Brélie as new Director General. In 2025, AGPM (with Allianz France/Défense et Sécurité) won the Ministry of Armed Forces tender for optional supplementary personal protection (PSC Prévoyance Militaire) coverage, effective from January 2026; AGPM Assurances reported 2024 revenue of €244m (+7.4%) and AGPM Vie €304.1m (+5.4%) per the 2024 SFCR reports.
