Regulatory updates
On 13 November 2023, the ACPR's Sanctions Commission issued a reprimand and a €600,000 fine against Mutuelle de Poitiers Assurances for deficiencies in its asset-freeze/sanctions-screening system, finding its controls could not implement restrictive measures without delay for all designated persons nor promptly inform the Direction Générale du Trésor, and that its internal control organisation in this area was deficient.
