Regulatory updates
Covéa is supervised by the ACPR (4 Place de Budapest, CS 92459, 75436 Paris Cedex 09) and is subject to Solvency II. In October 2025, S&P Global Ratings downgraded Covéa Coopérations and its rated subsidiaries from AA- to A+ following the same action on France. The ACPR previously approved a merger between Assurances Mutuelles de France and La Sauvegarde within the Covéa group. As of its 2024 SFCR report, the group completed the disposal of the CSE group (US subsidiary) in April 2025.
