Covéa (SIREN 450527916, ACPR identifier 226776) is registered as a group vehicle subject to Solvency II and supervised by the ACPR, based at 86-90 Rue Saint-Lazare, 75009 Paris. On 24 October 2025, S&P Global Ratings downgraded Covéa Coopérations and its rated subsidiaries (including MMA IARD, MMA Vie, MAAF Vie, GMF Vie, Covéa Insurance and Covéa Life) from AA- to A+ with a stable outlook, following the same-day downgrade of France's sovereign rating; the Covéa Group's rating is aligned with France's due to its exposure to French sovereign credit risk. In June 2025, Covéa's Board appointed Maud Petit as Group Chief Executive Officer effective 1 July 2025, with Thierry Derez becoming Chair of the Board of Directors and Michel Gougnard Vice-Chairman. The group's 2024 SFCR/annual report also notes the completion of the CSE group (US subsidiary) disposal in April 2025.
