Regulatory updates
As of 19 October 2023, Apeiron Insurance Project became the official branch of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. in Greece, following several years of operating as its exclusive MGA representative. In July 2024, Triglav branch Greece (via Apeiron) was admitted to the Union of Insurance Companies of Greece (ΕΑΕΕ) and joined the Friendly Settlement Direct Payments System (Σ.Α.Π.). In February 2025, Apeiron signed a strategic partnership with ΕΥΡΩΠΗ Ασφαλιστική to offer competitive home and business insurance programs compliant with recent mandatory insurance legislation, effective from June 2025. The solvency ratio as of 31/12/2024 stands at 219%.
