Prime Insurance Company Ltd officially joined the GRAWE Group on July 16, 2025, following regulatory approval of GRAWE's acquisition of a 98.7% stake. The rebranding to GRAWE Cyprus was announced on October 3, 2025; however, the Greek branch continues to operate under the Prime Insurance name and primeins.gr domain. As an EU-authorised Cyprus insurer operating in Greece via a branch, it is subject to conduct-of-business oversight by the Bank of Greece (DEIA) under Law 4364/2016 (Solvency II). Its solvency ratio stood at 116% as of 31/12/2021.
