AWP P&C S.A. operates in Italy under freedom of establishment, registered with the Milan Companies Register and enrolled since 3 November 2010 in the register of insurance undertakings (Elenco I, no. I.00090) kept by IVASS. Complaints not resolved directly by the company (within 45 days) can be escalated to IVASS's Consumer Protection Service in Rome. The company was authorized to conduct insurance business by France's ACPR on 1 February 2010. In 2025-2026 Allianz Partners Italia refreshed its consumer travel insurance website (allianz-assicurazioneviaggio.it) and continues expanding partnerships (e.g., with Satispay) for embedded travel insurance products.
