BeRebel S.p.A. is registered as an insurance agency in the RUI (Registro Unico degli Intermediari) held by IVASS under number A000710054, section A, and operates under the direction and coordination of Unipol S.p.A. Recent regulatory developments include BeRebel's launch of a digital wallet-based RCA (motor liability) insurance certificate, and the admission of Aindo, in partnership with BeRebel, to IVASS's regulatory sandbox for testing innovative insurance technology. Separately, from 15 January 2026 the new IVASS-created "Arbitro Assicurativo" dispute-resolution body entered into force, affecting complaint handling procedures across Italian insurers and intermediaries, including BeRebel.
