UniSalute is registered in the Italian Register of Insurance Undertakings (Albo Imprese Assicurative n. 1.00084) and is subject to management and coordination by Unipol S.p.A. as part of the Unipol Insurance Group (Albo Gruppi Assicurativi n. G0046, IVASS company code A342S). As with all Italian insurers, from 15 January 2026 UniSalute is subject to IVASS's new Insurance Arbitrator (Arbitro Assicurativo) framework introduced via Provvedimento IVASS n. 163/2025, requiring updated complaint-handling and pre-contractual documentation.
