ERGO
ERGO is a motor third-party liability insurance for the Lithuania market with online purchase and 24/7 assistance.
Direct payment
Lietuvoje nėra tiesioginio žalų atlyginimo (direct settlement) sistemos tarp draudikų – nukentėjusysis žalą turi reikalauti iš kaltininko (atsakingo vairuotojo) civilinės atsakomybės draudiko pagal LR įstatymo nustatytą tvarką, o ne iš savo draudiko.

Green Card International Coverage
Covered
For travel to countries outside the standard EU/EEA/Switzerland territory that belong to the Green Card system, a Green Card is issued upon the policyholder's request; if it is valid only in EU/EEA states, Switzerland and other states listed under the Compulsory Insurance Law, it must be issued free of charge.
Optional Roadside Assistance
Conditional
Additional technical support services (breakdown assistance, fuel delivery, wheel replacement, emergency unlocking, vehicle transport) in Lithuania and/or Europe; basic roadside assistance is provided free with an annual MTPL policy, while enhanced coverage can be purchased separately.
Driver Personal Accident
Excluded
MTPL does not indemnify the person who caused the damage, the vehicle they used, or property in it; own-driver personal injury is excluded from this liability product.
Passenger Personal Accident
Excluded
MTPL provides no separate personal-accident benefit for passengers; injured passengers are indemnified as third parties under bodily injury liability, except passengers who voluntarily rode in a vehicle they knew was stolen, who are excluded.
