Foyer Global Health S.A. (also known under legal names Foyer Santé S.A. / DKV Globality S.A.)
Foyer Global Health is the specialist expatriate health insurance brand of Foyer Group, Luxembourg's leading privately owned insurer. Since 2014 it has offered international health insurance and services to globally mobile people, including expatriates, digital nomads and companies with international workforces, serving clients in over 180 countries. In 2023 it merged with Globality S.A. (formerly part of ERGO Group), and in early 2026 the two brands rebranded jointly as "Global Health".

Regulatory updates
Foyer Global Health S.A. (RCS Luxembourg B134471) is supervised by the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA). In 2023, the Commissariat aux Assurances approved Foyer S.A.'s acquisition of Globality S.A. (formerly owned by ERGO Reiseversicherung AG/ERGO Group), which was integrated into Foyer Global Health. In February 2026, Foyer Global Health and Globality Health announced a joint rebranding under a single unified brand name, "Global Health", while remaining headquartered in Luxembourg and backed by Foyer S.A.
