DSW Zorgverzekeraar holds a Solvency II insurance license from DNB (its former Wft article 2:27 license was converted to a Solvency II authorization as of 1 January 2016), registered as 'Onderlinge Waarborgmaatschappij DSW Zorgverzekeraar U.A.' in the DNB public register (also covering its former inTwente Zorgverzekeraar label, discontinued as of 1 January 2025). As a health insurer it must also register with the NZa and submit model agreements under the Zorgverzekeringswet.
