Regulatory updates
In February 2026 the NZa fined Salland (together with ONVZ and a.s.r.) €25,000 for insufficient transparency towards care providers during the 2025 contracting process for medical aids ('hulpmiddelenzorg'), finding that Salland did not adequately explain how tariffs and surcharges in its contract proposals were determined. Salland has indicated it intends to object to the decision.
