Key conditions
Territorial scope
Coverage applies in the Netherlands and the other countries shown on the Green Card; countries crossed out on the Green Card are excluded from cover.
Green card rules
The Green Card is issued with the policy and lists per country whether WA liability cover applies; for example cover extends to Europe, Israel, Morocco, Tunisia and Turkey.
Driver restrictions
De bestuurder van de auto moet er met toestemming van de eigenaar in mogen rijden, moet een geldig rijbewijs hebben en mag niet meer alcohol, drugs of medicijnen hebben gebruikt dan wettelijk of medisch is toegestaan.
Claim notification deadline
Report damage to Allianz as soon as possible; the claims line is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Bonus-malus rules
Premium is set using a bonus-malus 'trede' (level) scale running from level 1 up to level 20; after a claim-free year the policyholder moves up a level and after a claim moves down, while 4 or more claims within one insurance year drop the policyholder straight to level 1.
