Colonnade Insurance S.A. holds a non-life insurance license issued by Luxembourg's Minister for Finance (24 July 2015) and is primarily regulated by the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA) in Luxembourg. The Polish branch operates under KNF notification and is authorized to underwrite 17 of 18 statutory EU non-life insurance classes (excluding Class 10 – Motor Vehicle Liability). The company maintains an A- (Excellent) financial strength rating from AM Best with a stable outlook since 2017. In July 2026, Colonnade announced simplification and expansion of its liability insurance (OC) offer for the Polish market.
