Regulatory updates
On 14 October 2019, KNF approved the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Concordia Polska TUW to convert the company into a joint-stock company (S.A.). Following the acquisition by Generali (final agreement signed 29 November 2018), KNF approved the merger of Concordia Capital and Generali Życie TU in 2019, and the merger of Concordia Polska T.U. S.A. with Generali T.U. S.A. was completed in July 2021. As of that date, Generali assumed all rights and obligations of Concordia Polska. The brand has been transitioning to Generali Agro for agricultural lines.
